X to Notion ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Notion Account: When you connect your Notion account via OAuth, we receive an access token to interact with your Notion workspace on your behalf. We do not access your Notion password.
  • X (Twitter) Content: When you provide X/Twitter URLs, we fetch the publicly available content of those posts to display and save to your Notion workspace.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase-related data. Please refer to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
  • Usage Data: We track basic usage metrics locally on your device (e.g., daily fetch counts) to enforce free tier limits. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect personal identification information beyond what is required for Notion OAuth
  • We do not track your browsing activity outside the App
  • We do not use advertising trackers or analytics SDKs
  • We do not collect location data

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

  • Core Functionality: To fetch X/Twitter content and save it to your Notion workspace
  • Authentication: To maintain your connection to Notion
  • Subscription Management: To verify your subscription status and provide access to premium features
  • Usage Limits: To enforce free tier limitations (daily fetch count, save count)

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Notion Access Token: Stored securely on your device using the platform's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
  • Subscription Status: Managed by RevenueCat and cached locally on your device
  • Tweet History: Stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device.

We do not maintain our own servers for storing user data. All sensitive data is stored securely on your device using platform-provided encryption mechanisms.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Notion: To save content to your workspace. Notion Privacy Policy
  • RevenueCat: To manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
  • FxTwitter API: To fetch publicly available X/Twitter post content for display and saving purposes.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

When you make a purchase through the App, the transaction is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). All payment processing is handled by the respective platform's payment system.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with third-party services as described in Section 4, and only to the extent necessary to provide the App's functionality.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Disconnect: Revoke Notion access at any time through the App's Settings
  • Delete Local Data: Clear all locally stored data by uninstalling the App
  • Cancel Subscription: Cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
