Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and X to Notion ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the X to Notion mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

X to Notion is a mobile application that allows users to capture content from X (formerly Twitter) and save it to their Notion workspace. The App provides both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to the App's features, including a daily limit on tweet fetches, a lifetime limit on Notion saves, and limited history access.

3.2 Premium Subscription (Auto-Renewable)

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Premium") that unlock unlimited access to all features. Premium subscriptions are available in monthly and annual plans.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen plan.
  • You can manage and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.3 Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4. User Accounts and Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Notion and X (Twitter). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or access restrictions of the App
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the App in an unauthorized manner

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by X to Notion and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you save from X (Twitter) remains subject to the original content creator's rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, X to Notion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
